Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which applies to all reasons for returning an item. Which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
Returns Due to Defects, Damage, or Incorrect Item
You may return an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect. You are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
To process your return, you must provide photos clearly showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item. After evaluating the extent of the issue, we may provide a full refund without requiring the item to be returned.
We will cover the cost of return shipping if the item needs to be sent back.
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Returns for Any other Reason (except Defects, Damage, or Incorrect Item)
You may return an item for any other reason (except Defects, Damage, or Incorrect Item). You may try on or fit the item on your child. Please ensure the item is clean and in good condition for resale, with tags, labels and in original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us. We’ll provide instructions on how to return your item. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please use a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds may be reduced if the item is returned damaged or soiled beyond normal trying-on.
Please note that a processing fee of £1.50 will be deducted from your refund for each returned item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
