We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Refused Packages
A £15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments.
